Welcome to Lessonarity (“Service”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), an AI-powered teaching assistant platform operated by Lessonarity. By accessing or using our Service at lessonarity.com or any related applications, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS IN FULL. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this Service.

1.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You must be using the Service for lawful educational purposes only
• If you are using the Service on behalf of an educational institution, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms

Lessonarity is an AI-powered educational content platform that provides:

• AI Question Generator: Generate educational questions and assessments using advanced AI technology
• Exam Paper Generator: Create comprehensive examination papers with customizable formats
• Lesson Plan Builder: Design and organize lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
• Syllabus Builder: Develop curriculum structures and syllabi
• Cloud Storage: Store and organize educational materials
• File Upload System: Upload and manage exam papers and educational documents
• Analytics Dashboard: Track usage and content generation statistics

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

3.1 Account Creation

To access the Service, you must:

• Create an account by providing accurate and complete information
• Provide a valid email address
• Create a secure password or authenticate via Google OAuth
• Verify your email address as required

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• All prices are in Brunei Dollars (BND) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors (Paddle)

5. USAGE LIMITS AND FAIR USE

Usage limits are based on your subscription tier and reset monthly. You agree not to:

• Exceed reasonable usage limits
• Use automated tools to generate excessive requests
• Share your account with multiple users
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated content commercially without permission
• Use the Service in a manner that degrades performance for other users

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT

6.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service
• You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights

6.2 AI-Generated Content

• You receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use AI Content for educational purposes
• We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models
• AI Content may not be identical if regenerated, due to the nature of AI systems

6.3 Educational Use License

AI Content may be used for:

• Classroom instruction and teaching
• Student assessments and examinations
• Curriculum planning and development
• Educational research (with proper attribution)

Commercial redistribution or resale requires written permission.

10. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

• Resell AI-generated content without permission
• Use the Service to compete with us

11. PAYMENT TERMS

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused portions of the billing period

Refund Policy

• No refunds for renewals or partial months

Upon termination, your access is immediately revoked and your data may be deleted after 90 days.
